Amenities: State park with campground, shower house with flush toilets, beach area w/bathroom, boat launch.
Pros: Close to Ann Arbor (~30 minutes). Beach or boat launch areas are good places to go and view aurora because you are looking north over the lake and have a low horizon.
Cons: Not real dark. After summer, beach bathrooms locked up (have to go to campground).
